The first time someone walks into a medical spa, you can usually tell within about 30 seconds if it's the kind of place that's going to take care of them, or the kind of place that's going to rush them out of the chair as fast as possible to get the next person in.
At 360 IV Infusion and Wellness, we built this place around the first one. We are a small boutique tucked into Prosper, right off the 380 corridor, and we have built our reputation on something that sounds simple but is rare in this industry. We built this place around the idea that everyone walking through the door gets the same care. There's no upgraded tier here, no premium membership that unlocks the skilled nurse who actually knows what she's doing. Same hands, same physician-supervised treatment, same calm private suite, every visit.
Prosper has grown rapidly in the last 10 years. There are new med spas opening up in strip centers all over Frisco, Celina, and McKinney. A lot of them look the same on Instagram. What makes a med spa actually worth your time and money is what happens after you walk through the door, which is something we truly care about.
Microneedling
Microneedling has gotten really popular for skin texture, fine lines, acne scars, and overall skin rejuvenation. The procedure uses tiny needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin, which kicks off your body's natural collagen response.
Because microneedling breaks the skin barrier, it has to be done in a properly supervised setting. Our sessions are performed by our skilled esthetician, with physician supervision in place, in a clean private suite. We pair microneedling with growth factors for clients who want the full anti-aging benefits.
Before any appointment, our esthetician does a skin assessment. If your skin is too irritated, too sun-exposed, or just not ready, she will tell you and recommend something lighter like a HydraFacial or dermaplaning. That kind of conversation happens more than people expect, which is why we have the assessment in the first place.
Prosper clients book microneedling for a lot of different reasons, including sun damage from too many afternoons by the pool, post-pregnancy skin changes, or just a long stretch of feeling like their skin lost its glow. The treatment takes about an hour. You can expect some redness for a day or two after, similar to a light sunburn. Our HydraFacial machine has multiple treatment heads, which means we can clean, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate your skin in one session without any of that scratchy uncomfortable feeling you get from a regular facial. We pair it with red light therapy for the face too, which helps with cell turnover and that healthy glow people are after.

Here is what walking in actually looks like. You book online and fill out an intake form. You walk in and we ask you what brought you in today. If you booked for one thing but you might benefit more from something else, we will tell you. We had a client come in not long ago who booked one of our cognitive IVs. After talking with her for a few minutes, she mentioned she was always tired and had a kid in daycare who kept getting sick and bringing things home. We recommended she switch to our vitality drip instead, since what she really needed was immunity support. That's just how we do things here.
Every new client does a quick five to ten minute telehealth Good Faith Exam with our supervising physician. It is $35, one time, good for a whole year, and it covers every service we offer. After that, you check in, we take vitals, and if everything is in safe range, we get started. If your vitals are off, we stop right there and we will tell you no. We would rather you reschedule than put you in a chair when you should not be in it.
