Gift cards get spent and forgotten. A catered lunch gets eaten in twelve minutes. An onsite wellness day is the kind of thing people still bring up weeks later, because it happened to them, at their desk, on a day they were already having.

360 IV Infusion & Wellness brings corporate wellness events to companies in Prosper, TX and the surrounding North Dallas area. Our two core corporate services are onsite IV hydration and onsite massage. Registered nurses and licensed therapists come to your office, your venue, or your retreat location, and your team doesn't have to go anywhere.

Every event is built around your headcount, your date, and the space you have. Call us and we'll put together a plan and a quote.

Why Companies Choose 360 for Onsite Wellness

  • Nurses, not technicians. Every IV is administered by a registered nurse under physician supervision, the same standard behind our physician-supervised IV therapy in Prosper.
  • Pharmacy-grade formulations. We partner with FDA-registered 503A and 503B pharmacies. We don't cut corners on what goes in your vein.
  • No upsells. No pressure. Nobody on our team is going to pitch your employees a membership or a package. That policy doesn't change when we leave the building.
  • One team, one point of contact. IV hydration and massage come from the same practice, not from two vendors you have to coordinate.

Company Health Days in Prosper: Getting the Turnout You Want

Company health days fail for one reason: nobody signs up. A table in the lobby is not a draw. People walk past it.

A few things that consistently help, whoever you end up booking:

Give people time slots, not an open invitation. "Drop by anytime" translates to "I'll go later," and later never comes. A sign-up sheet with named windows gets used.

Offer more than one thing. Some of your team will not want an IV. Some won't want anyone touching their shoulders. Two options means nearly everyone finds something.

Decide who's covering it before you announce it. Plenty of companies cover the whole thing, and plenty split it with employees when budget is tight. Either works. What hurts turnout is leaving it vague until people are already standing at the sign-up sheet.

Don't schedule it during crunch week. People decline wellness perks when they can't step away from their desk, and then the day looks like a failure when it was really a calendar problem.

Tell us your headcount and the window you're working with, and we'll tell you what it takes to cover the room.

Employee Wellness in Prosper, Texas: Why Onsite Removes the Excuse

Employee wellness in Prosper, Texas usually shows up as a stipend or a gym reimbursement. Both are fine. Both also get quietly ignored by the people who need them most, because using them requires the employee to make a plan, leave the house, and spend their own time.

Onsite removes every one of those steps. The service comes to the chair the person is already sitting in.

That's worth more here than it is in a lot of markets. North Dallas commutes are long. An employee who lives in Prosper and works down toward Plano is already giving up a real chunk of their day to the drive. Asking them to add a wellness appointment on top of that is asking for time they don't have.

Workplace Wellbeing Events Across DFW

We're located at 1630 W. Prosper Trail, #110, just off US-380, and we serve clients from across the greater North Dallas area: Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Celina, Aubrey, Allen, Little Elm, The Colony, Plano, Carrollton, and Far North Dallas.

If your office, venue, or retreat location is in that area, call us and we'll talk through whether an onsite event works for your date and your group. If you're outside it, ask anyway.

Mobile IV Therapy for Corporate Events

Our registered nurses bring a hydration station to your location. This is what we're known for: IV hydration, IV vitamin therapy, NAD+, and IM injections including B-12, Glutathione, Vitamin D, Biotin, and MIC/Lipo, all delivered under physician supervision.

It suits executive retreats, conference days, sales kickoffs, and any group that's been traveling hard. More on how onsite IV hydration works for company events.

Onsite Corporate Chair Massage

Chair massage is the easiest yes in the building. Employees stay fully clothed, sessions are short, and the therapist works the neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms, where desk work stacks tension.

Our massage therapists work our Prosper wellness room the rest of the week. They aren't contractors pulled off an app the morning of your event. Details on employee appreciation chair massage.

The Clinical Side

Before any IV or injection, every person completes a Good Faith Exam, a brief clinical screening that confirms the service is appropriate for their health. It costs $35, it's valid for a full year, and it covers every service we offer, including anything they book at our Prosper boutique later.

Whether that exam is covered by the company or paid by each participant is set out in writing on your quote, so nobody is surprised on the day.

If you're planning an event, call us and we'll walk you through exactly how the screening works for a group and what it means for your employees.

Common Questions

What does a corporate wellness event cost?

Cost depends on your headcount, how long we're onsite, and which services you want running. We'll give you a quote once we know those three things. Call (469) 762-9411 or send us your details and we'll come back with a plan.

How far in advance should we book?

Sooner is better, since nurse and therapist availability is the real constraint. If you're working on a short timeline, call anyway, because we'd rather check than turn you away.

Do employees have to participate?

No. Participation is always optional, and skipping is a normal choice. Offering more than one service helps, because it gives people a second option instead of a yes-or-no.

Can you come to a hotel or offsite venue instead of our office?

Ask us. Venue events sometimes have their own vendor requirements, so the sooner you loop us in, the easier it is to sort out.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Celina, Aubrey, Allen, Little Elm, The Colony, Plano, Carrollton, and Far North Dallas from our location off US-380.
