NAD+, premium IV formulations, boosters, injectables, and packages are not included in the monthly main treatment. Member prices shown on the service menu apply to additional visits. Standard vitamin IVs are $199; selected treatments use special member rates. Other eligible extras receive at least 10% off, with member prices shown in whole dollars. RF and SkinPen with topical PRP are paid separately and do not replace the included monthly treatment. Add-ons and screening fees are separate. Botox uses the specified $11/unit club price. Dermal fillers, Sculptra, SKINVIVE, PRP hair, injected facial PRP, and weight management are excluded from the 10% discount. Discounts do not stack with packages or promotions.
Basic hydration may be chosen instead of a vitamin IV, but its $129 retail value is lower; no cash difference is returned. Medical treatment timing follows your provider's assessment.

New clients can use 20% off an eligible first standard vitamin IV at its individual regular price: a $225 standard vitamin IV is $180 for your first eligible visit. Treatment packages already include savings, so the first-visit offer and member discounts do not apply to packages. Compare the individual visit total with the package price before choosing. The offer excludes NAD+, premium formulations, boosters, and screening fees.
Packages are prepaid, personal, and valid for 12 months. Treatment eligibility and session spacing are determined by your provider. Full-face skin packages exclude the neck and additional areas. Results vary. If a prepaid medical treatment is unsuitable, contact us to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund for unused treatments. Discounts cannot be combined.

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) and medical clearance are required before IV therapy and Botox at 360. A qualified prescribing clinician reviews your medical history, medications, allergies, and treatment suitability. Booking or buying a package does not provide medical clearance. Your clinician determines when reassessment is needed.
