360 IV Infusion and Wellness
Your Good Faith Exam (GFE)
Medical treatments start with an assessment of you, not just the service you selected. Our Prosper team helps you arrange the appropriate medical review before IV therapy or Botox.
Do I need a GFE before an IV or Botox?
A Good Faith Exam (GFE) and medical clearance are required before IV therapy and Botox at 360. A qualified prescribing clinician reviews your medical history, medications, allergies, and treatment suitability. Booking or buying a package does not provide medical clearance. Your clinician determines when reassessment is needed.
What does the GFE cost?
Medical screening is listed at $35 when required and is separate from treatment unless expressly included in your quote. Confirm the fee and how to arrange your GFE before your visit. An aesthetic consultation is a separate service.
Is the GFE the same as an aesthetic consultation?
No. A GFE is a clinical evaluation for medical treatment. The $50 aesthetic consultation is a separate appointment to discuss goals and treatment options. Ask which appointment or combination you need.
Can I receive treatment immediately after booking?
Only if the required evaluation, treatment order, consent, and clinical suitability requirements are met. Call ahead to arrange your GFE; same-day clearance or treatment is not guaranteed.
Does one GFE clear every service for a year?
No automatic blanket clearance is promised. Your prescribing clinician determines the scope of clearance and when an updated evaluation is needed, including when your health, medications, or treatment plan change.
Prepare for your evaluation
Have your medication and supplement list, allergies, relevant diagnoses, prior treatment reactions, and pregnancy or breastfeeding information ready. Share medical information through the clinic’s designated intake process, rather than a general website chat.
