Dr. Oge Ogundu, DNP, MSN, RN founded 360 because caring for yourself should be proactive, personal, and part of everyday life. Her experience across healthcare showed her how easily people can feel rushed or overlooked. She envisioned a calm place where someone listens, explains your choices, and sees you as a unique person—not a number.

Do I need a membership?
No. You can book an individual service, buy a package, or choose our optional $199 monthly Beauty & Wellness Club.
What does the $199 membership include?
Choose one eligible standard vitamin IV, Signature HydraFacial, or 60-minute Swedish/deep tissue massage each billing month. You also receive one 20-minute red light session and specified member savings. Botox and filler are separate purchases.
Do IV therapy and Botox require a GFE?
Yes. A Good Faith Exam (GFE) and medical clearance are required before IV therapy and Botox at 360. Medical screening is $35 when required and separate unless included in your quote. Your clinician determines suitability and when reassessment is needed; booking is not clearance.
How much are Botox and fillers?
Botox is $12 per unit, or $11 per unit for active club members. Listed hyaluronic acid fillers are $699 per full syringe for members and nonmembers alike. Product volume and recommended quantities are confirmed before treatment. Sculptra and SKINVIVE are separate services.
Are all IV treatments the same price?
Basic hydration is $129. Standard Energy & Focus, Beauty, Wellness, and Recovery IVs are $225. NAD+ starts at $450. Premium formulations and optional boosters cost extra.
Who leads 360 IV Infusion & Wellness?
Dr. Oge Ogundu, DNP, MSN, RN, is our Founder and Wellness Director. Sunil Kurup, MD, is our Medical Director. IV therapy is physician-led and RN-administered.
How do membership credits and cancellation work?
Membership renews monthly with your consent. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. Included treatment and recovery credits expire 90 days after issue. Discounts cannot be combined with packages or promotions.

Visit 1630 W. Prosper Trail, Suite 110, Prosper, TX 75078. We welcome clients from Prosper, Frisco, Celina, McKinney, Aubrey, and surrounding North Dallas communities.
What should I expect before a medical treatment?
Your clinician reviews your history and eligibility and explains risks, alternatives, and aftercare. Treatment may be deferred if unsuitable. Results vary; no treatment or first-attempt IV placement is guaranteed.
