Provider availability, eligible purchases, approval, payment schedule, interest, and fees must be confirmed before you accept an agreement. A booking does not apply for financing or guarantee approval.

Does booking arrange financing?
No. Booking an appointment, purchasing a package, and applying for financing are separate actions. Do not assume a financing option will appear online; ask the clinic before purchase. Recurring membership payments are also separate from a lender payment plan.
What if treatment is unsuitable?
Medical clearance comes first. For a prepaid medical package that proves unsuitable, contact us about an appropriate alternative or refund of unused treatments. If a lender funded the purchase, ask how any refund affects your agreement; do not assume payments stop automatically.
