What this service does
SkinPen microneedling uses a controlled needle device to create small skin punctures. It may be considered for suitable texture or acne-scar concerns after assessment. Standard SkinPen microneedling is different from RF microneedling and does not include PRP.
What happens at your appointment
Your visit includes skin assessment, preparation, consent, numbing when appropriate, treatment, and aftercare. Appointment length includes preparation; confirm the time reserved on our booking page.
Recovery and suitability
Redness, sensitivity, dryness, or peeling can follow treatment. Infection, pigment changes, or scarring can occur. Active skin infection, healing problems, and some medications may affect suitability. Follow the clinician’s skincare and sun-protection instructions.
