Why Choose Our Wellness Center in Prosper
The wellness space has exploded in the last few years, and not all of it is good. A lot of places lead with aesthetics and upsells. We lead with compliance, skilled nurses, and the kind of care you'd want for your own family. That starts with the owner, Oge Ogundu, a DNP, MSN, RN with years of healthcare experience before she opened these doors.
She didn't build 360 IV Infusion and Wellness to flip chairs. She built it because she spent years watching people only think about their health after something already went wrong. A wellness center, in her mind, was supposed to be where you go to stay ahead of the problem, not react to it.
We built our wellness center to sit somewhere in the middle on purpose. Not a clinic, not a glam lounge. There's a full intake before anything begins, and zero pressure to upgrade or commit to anything you didn't come in for. The team calls themselves vein whisperers, and they live up to the name. We serve clients across Prosper, Celina, Frisco, McKinney, Aubrey, Little Elm, The Colony, and the rest of the North Dallas corridor.
Compression Therapy
The compression therapy room has quietly become one of the most loved corners of our wellness center. People book it specifically to come in and fall asleep, which is honestly the whole point. It's a favorite for athletes after a hard training day, parents who've been on their feet since 6 in the morning, and anyone who just got off a long flight and can feel it in their legs.
The way it works is we use pneumatic sleeves that wrap around your legs and inflate in waves, pushing blood and lymphatic fluid back toward your heart. It supports circulation, speeds up recovery after workouts, eases that heavy-leg feeling after long days on your feet, and reduces post-travel swelling.
There's a few things we check before someone uses compression therapy. If you have a history of DVT, certain heart conditions, or other circulatory issues, we'll catch it on your intake form and talk through whether this is the right service for you. It pushes a lot of blood back to the heart, and we don't want to burden it on someone whose body isn't ready. We'd rather tell you no than take a guess. The room itself is private, with a chair that reclines back and a blanket if you want one.

Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy does more than it sounds like. It uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cell rejuvenation. The light penetrates the skin and helps your cells produce energy more efficiently. Over time, that shows up as smoother skin, softer fine lines, faster recovery, and less inflammation.
At our wellness center in Prosper, we use red light therapy a couple of ways. We have a dedicated setup for the face, which a lot of our facial clients add on after a HydraFacial or Custom Facial. And we pair red light therapy with our massage sessions, which we'll get to in a second.
The treatment itself is non-invasive, doesn't hurt, doesn't require downtime, and layers with almost any other service we offer. People who come in regularly tend to notice the difference about three to four weeks in. If you're not sure red light therapy is a fit, just ask when you book.

The gentlest of the hands-on massages, built on long, flowing strokes that ease everyday tension without the deep pressure that can feel like too much. Every session is paired with red light therapy at no extra booking, so your muscles release while your skin works on cellular rejuvenation. A relaxed starting point if you are new to massage or simply overdue.

Deep Tissue Massage
Stretching, heat, and the foam roller loosen a stubborn knot for an hour, then it locks right back up. Deep tissue uses slow, sustained pressure to reach the deeper muscle layers and fascia where that tension actually lives, and like every massage here it is paired with red light therapy at no extra booking. Built for the spot that has been there for weeks, not a quick reset.

Most massage chases the sore spot. Myofascial work goes after the fascia, the connective tissue wrapped around your muscles that pulls pain into places that aren't even the real problem. Using slow, sustained holds and finishing with Red Light Therapy, your therapist releases the restriction at its source, not just the symptom. Every session is physician-supervised, led by Oge Ogundu, DNP, MSN, RN.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated basalt stones soften tight muscle before any pressure is applied, so deep work feels manageable instead of like a fight. Every session is paired with red light therapy, so your skin is doing quiet work on itself while you relax. Offered as a 60- or 90-minute session, with no one waiting to flip the room when your time is up.
