Compression sessions use a device that applies cycles of pressure to the legs. After a suitability review, our team explains the equipment and helps you settle into your appointment.
A 30-minute compression session is $60. The $199 Recovery Pack includes four visits with a choice of compression or red light at each visit.
Tell us about medical conditions, recent procedures, pain, or swelling before use. Unexplained swelling or suspected clot symptoms require medical assessment rather than a recovery appointment.

What this service does
Compression therapy uses inflatable sleeves that apply timed pressure to the limbs. It is a separate recovery appointment, not an IV or a treatment for a suspected clot.
What happens at your appointment
The team reviews suitability, fits the sleeves, adjusts appropriate settings, and checks your comfort during the session.
Recovery and suitability
Pain, numbness, skin irritation, or circulation problems may make this unsuitable. A suspected clot, significant vascular disease, or some heart conditions require clinical review; do not book to investigate new leg swelling.
